STANDARD BOOKING PRICE
The standard booking price includes the following:
All taxes
Utilities (water, gas and electricity)
WiFi and Internet TV usage
Towels, bed linen and hairdryer and kitchen utensils (where applicable)
Cleaning before and after your stay
All apartment amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence.

Important
When you make a reservation of our Double Rooms, you are booking a room type (not a specific room). Each type includes similar rooms of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different.
Reservations via phone or by walk in can only be taken and confirmed by making an advance payment of 30% of the full rental amount. This can be paid by bank transfer or bizum.

We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from CASA BIANK


CANCELLATION

The guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If the guests don’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.


CARDS ACCEPTED

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Red 6000 or cash. Consult another method of payment.


CHILD POLICY
Due to the type of facilities in our accomodation, it is not advisable to come with children under 15 years old.

AGE RESTRICTION
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at CASA BIANK.
A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.


DAMAGES & LOST PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking group. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Should damages be found or missing items after the guest departure, we will take a picture and email it to the guest as a proof. We reserve the right to charge at the guests credit card at market value of the item.

Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners, we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, or otherwise collection can be arranged.


PARKING
Parking is available for one car per room free of charge. By parking your vehicle at our facility, you are doing so at your own risk. CASA BIANK does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.


ROOM CLEANING POLICY
Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. If you need fresh towels or linen, please tell a member of staff or at Reception.


PARTIES
Parties/events are not allowed
This property will not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette or similar parties.


SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms or indoor spaces such breakfast room.


PETS POLICY
Pets are not allowed.


UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Although CASA BIANK will make every effort to adhere to the reservation, on rare occasions it may be necessary to make an adjustment to these arrangements. Should such adjustment be necessary, a substitute will be offered when and where possible. If any unusual, unforeseeable or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) war, riots, terrorism, fire, natural disaster, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, plagues, epidemics and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations under the contract (travel restrictions, quarantines, trade embargoes, closure of airports or seaports and borders) or any other event outside the control of CASA BIANK which affects the holiday arrangements, CASA BIANK cannot accept liability for any resulting loss, damage or expense and any refund will be subject to deduction of applicable expenses. In case of force majeure and we need to cancel any room bookings, CASA BIANK has the right to end the legal contract without legal intervention by informing of this in writing. Clients are not entitled to any damages unless this would be unacceptable according to measures of reason and fairness given the circumstances.
